“Номер и обслуживание номера плохое, но весь остальной сервис очень хороший”
I liked the territory: beautiful and spacious. Good beach, places to sit in the evening. Lots of very tasty and varied food and drinks available almost around the clock. Constantly some entertainment events, but you can skip them. The guy who escorted me to the room was very pushy. He accompanied me to the room (even without luggage delivery, which wasn’t needed), kept saying my room was wonderful, repeated it three times, and wouldn’t leave until he got a tip. The room turned out not to be as wonderful as expected for a hotel that charges 200+ euros a night. Very hard pillows, no ventilation in the room or shower. Room cleaning was poor: hair from the mop remained in the shower, and there was a lot of dust behind the wardrobe in the room; on the balcony the chairs were covered in bird droppings. No windows. To ventilate the room you had to open the balcony, and there were no mosquito nets on the balcony door. The only way to cool the room without insects was the air conditioner, but it had a rotten smell, and it was positioned so that it blew directly onto the bed. That means you couldn’t turn it on at night because it would blow directly at you and you’d get sick that night. No toothpaste, shampoo, or shower gel. Coincidentally, the hotel has a shop on the property where all this is sold at very, very high prices. For example, a 50g tube of toothpaste costs 400 or 500 liras (at that time ~10 euros). In addition, there is a Spa on the property. Some services are included with the room, but there are also separate ones at an extra cost. The person running these extra services seems to be a private entrepreneur who walks around and pushes these services on newly arrived guests and actively sells them.
