The entrance was difficult to navigate and not clean. The room had an odor, and the bath towels smelled unpleasant.

We really liked how friendly the host was, helping us rent a scooter and book transport, and the food and breakfast were great 😆. On the downside, the room we booked was mediocre, facing the road and a radio tower—maybe I chose poorly, but the rooms on the upper floor seemed better.

The location is excellent, and you can rent a scooter to explore Pu Luong and nearby sights; the breakfast is generous and tasty, the view is gorgeous, and the dinner meals are also excellent and filling. The staff and owners are very welcoming and kind, doing everything to help you feel comfortable. However, the booking description claims a mountain view, but if you get a yellow room you won’t really see it; I recommend rooms on higher floors for that view. Also, the area can be quite humid.

They advertised a pool, but it was under construction, and the place is a bit tucked in on a road with no lighting.

The staff were enthusiastic. The entrance road was ugly.
