The place was absolutely pathetic – everything from the room to the washroom and the entry was a mess, and it was all just a disappointment.

Nothing good at all. They slapped us with a rule that rooms were only for locals and that was the end of it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its excellent amenities and services. However, I was a bit disappointed with the staff's behavior, as they seemed a bit uncooperative during my visit. Overall, the hotel's facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, but the staff's attitude could be improved. I'm looking forward to staying here again in the future.
