The location was great, the room was very comfy and clean, and it was close to everything.

The property is bright, modern, and in a wonderful location for easy access to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate area, but the noise from other rooms is loud when trying to sleep.

Everything looked new and well taken care of; I didn’t realize the hotel had been open for several years!

The property was very clean with a pleasant scent—not the usual old‑hotel smell—and the dining area was spotless and well maintained during breakfast, but the floor isn’t carpeted, so walking in socks left hair and dust on it; a good sweep and dust removal would help.
