The location and breakfast were fine. The room was dirty, below the average for Paris (already very low); for two days we had to ask the front desk to clean it because it wasn’t done by 6 p.m., showing a diffuse lack of organization for a 4‑star in the city center.

I checked in in the morning, and when the room was supposed to be ready they told me it wasn’t available. They tried to move me to another hotel, but in the end I got a room with a single bed, and that was already after five in the afternoon. Disappointing.

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, and the area felt very safe. The hotel was nice and had everything we needed, though the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

La ubicación. Las instalaciones estaban sucias, la calidad-precio no merece la pena a pesar de la ubicación. He estado en hoteles franceses de 2 estrellas infinitamente mejores que este de 4. La bañera no tiene mampara así que por mucho cuidado que tengas el suelo se moja entero. El buffet es muy pobre y media hora antes de que cierre ya empiezan a recoger. A pesar de que en booking decía que podíamos cancelar la segunda noche, el hotel se negó. Solo hay un ascensor para los huéspedes por lo que tarda muchísimo y cuando llega a lo mejor ni entras
