The hotel was close to the highway and quiet. We arrived at 10 °C in rainy, cold weather; the radiator in the room was cold and no heating was provided, so we reported it. They asked us to wait, claiming it wouldn’t be that cold yet. After two hours we reported it again, noting my wife was shivering, but they still asked for patience. We waited patiently, but the heating didn’t start until the next afternoon. We reported again that after 24 h the radiator still wouldn’t warm up, then the owner finally came and discovered the radiator valve was faulty, which explained the cold. After a successful repair the problem was finally solved. Breakfast was tailored, but no vegetables were offered; the next morning we brought tomatoes to our breakfast, and when they saw them they said we could have asked because they had them, but they don’t display them because they get thrown away if not sold. In such cases nothing should be thrown out, but they never mentioned that vegetables were available. The carpet and furnishings were old, the mattresses in the bed were already sagging, and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. We definitely won’t choose this accommodation next time.

They have their own restaurant from Monday to Friday, a big parking lot that you can't see from the street, and the hotel sits in a quiet edge‑of‑town spot; the bathroom could use more space, the restaurant is closed on Saturdays, but there's a great Italian place right across the street so you can walk there instead.

The hotel is super easy to reach near the highway, which made our long‑haul stop spot on point; the rooms were clean and quiet, and the breakfast served on site was tasty and filling—definitely a place we’ll book again on future trips.
