The place felt like returning home to my parents, but its location isn’t central in Chiang Mai, so if you’re on wheels it won’t make a difference.

It was a quiet, private spot with polite staff and a simple yet good breakfast, and I had no complaints.

The proximity to the airport and the spacious room were great, and the breakfast was brief but acceptable for us, with nothing else noteworthy.

We stayed for three months at a cost of 40,000 baht including breakfast, booked through Booking, and the breakfast was nothing special—overripe or spoiled fruit, processed food, and instant coffee. We were given two bottles of water a day, but that stopped once the staff saw we bought extra water ourselves, which felt odd and unprofessional. Shower water pressure was low, and some towels smelled bad, making it uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the hotel’s unfamiliarity with the TM30 registration, a required reporting system for Thai accommodations; the staff couldn’t help, so we had to find another place to sort it out. During our stay, we saw several cases where guests with valid Booking reservations couldn’t check in because rooms had already been given to cash‑paying guests, indicating poor management and overbooking. Overall, the hotel was disorganized and unprofessional. The price seemed reasonable while we were there, but at current rates—about 2.5 times higher on Booking—the value for money no longer holds up.
