The bar and restaurant area were clean and nice, but driving in and out of the hotel was tricky, and I was annoyed by kids running in the hall late and a crying child in the next room—maybe they should separate older adults and children onto different floors.

The room was huge, spotless, and very cozy; breakfast was tasty and I loved the lounge area.

I liked the location and the staff’s customer service, but the mattress was so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the floor, the pillows were too soft for the usual Marriott firmness, the hallway on the 10th floor was overly humid with a damp carpet that smelled like it had sat wet for a long time, creating a slipping hazard where it met the hard tile near the elevators; a big fan was used to dry the carpet but blocked the elevator exit, and no signs warned guests about the danger.
