The Single Room sleeps one guest and includes a single bed, a desk and a dining table. Climate control is provided by individual air‑conditioning and the floor is finished in tile or marble; guests can reach upper floors via elevator. The room and sheets had a bad smell.
The reception was very friendly, the housekeepers were super nice, the breakfast was good and everything was well organized, yet the room felt cramped and the TV had no internet, so we were stuck on free channels.
The location is great, close to everything, the cleaning was excellent and the staff are very polite and helpful, the breakfast is basic but acceptable, though the room I booked had an air‑conditioner issue; I told reception and they quickly gave me a different room.
