A private entrance leads to a fully equipped kitchen within the One‑Bedroom Apartment. The space includes air conditioning, a flat‑screen TV and free Wi‑Fi for comfort and entertainment. One bathroom provides a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Sleeping arrangements consist of a bed for two guests, with an extra bed and a crib available on request.
A little paradise surrounded by greenery, just a short walk from the Villa Costanza metro stop that takes you to Florence (and Florence is also very close by car). It’s very quiet and well kept, the pool is gorgeous, and the private internal parking is a convenience. We were able to enter the room well before check‑in; thanks a lot to the owner. There are a lot of flies in the area, but that’s not the property’s fault. The toilet drain was a bit tricky with solids; a sink strainer in the kitchen would help, but those are minor details compared to how well we enjoyed ourselves.

A nice little house with air‑conditioning, just right for two people, plus a pleasant pool area and a large, well‑kept garden. The downside was the lack of trash bins on the premises; we had to take our waste into town and hand it over with a key.
The greenery is great. The bathroom is small.

The surroundings were beautiful and the pool was great for the kids. Nothing else stood out, but it would have been easier with a car because walking to the tram that goes into Florence felt a bit far.
Cleaning in the apartment was impeccable. The new kitchen comes fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The garden is lovely and has a beautiful swimming pool. Outside each apartment there’s a table and a sun umbrella for dining al fresco. The location is excellent for visiting Florence and the surrounding area; the tram is about 2 km away and, with AC, it’s a great way to get around. The owner was very helpful and friendly, and I would definitely return if I’m lucky enough to visit Tuscany again. It was perfect.
