Very clean, the owner and staff were friendly, and the location was awesome.
The rooms were large, but the shared toilet and bathroom were a drawback.

The welcome floor looked appealing. I called twice because the front desk seemed to have a late check‑in time, and the voicemail finally returned a message. The shower room was shockingly humid; the fan looked broken, and it was hotter than after a shower. Summer‑rate pricing was high, and there were no amenities—surprising for a bare‑room price.
The shared sink was clean and equipped, but the rooms were pricey for the quality, and the common areas were very cramped.
The lounge was perfect for chatting with friends, no time limits, but there was no private bathroom.
