breakfast was good staff was nice. TV was not working. staff could not fix it over the 4 day stay. was supposed to give me a $120.00 credit and never did. never returns my calls. hotel staff never returned my calls

They overbooked the hotel without telling me, and when we arrived on the check‑in day I was told I had no room.

I was thoroughly impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was coming home, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was also convenient and easy to get to. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I was pleased to find that this hotel was easy to get to, even when I was traveling by car. The hotel was also very pet-friendly, which was a big plus for me. However, the bed in my room was unfortunately quite uncomfortable, and I didn't get a great night's sleep. Overall, the hotel had some nice amenities, but it fell short in terms of comfort.
