The building is very beautiful and situated in a wonderful spot. The room had peeling wall corners and ineffective mosquito nets; we couldn’t open the window because the blinds’ rollers hid at least ten bed bugs. We’re not picky (we live in the countryside too), but they fell in the rain…

It was a very special spot with incredibly kind people. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool while we were there.

The place was pretty great. The building felt welcoming, the location was secluded yet easy to get to, and the staff were friendly. The downside was that the family room opens onto the kitchen and there’s no proper soundproofing; when the kitchen was busy, all the smells drifted straight into the room.

The location and the inn were superb, and the staff were wonderfully courteous!!! The dinner offered some truly delightful flavor discoveries. The only regret was that we only stayed one night! The fact that we had to leave was the sole downside.
