The hotel is pretty, the spa is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners are friendly and helpful. The kitchen and front‑desk staff weren't great. Also the buffet is very limited, and when the hotel is full there's no room to move around the buffet.

Simply perfect, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at; no words can describe its perfection or the wonderful service from the staff. I was completely enchanted by the place, the room with a view, and everything the accommodation offers—breakfast, heated pools, and proximity to the ski station. Thank you for everything.
