The location is very good, everything is very clean, the mattress is very comfortable, and the owner is very attentive and kind; nothing in particular to note.

The staff were very friendly, everything was spotless and well organized, the details were all taken care of, the apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location.

The place is in a very good spot, right in the centre, just a 5‑5 minute walk from Rialto and St. Mark’s Square. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Check‑in is easy, and the room is clean. The toilet brush was in a terrible state when I arrived. Two glasses were missing, and it would have been nice to have a fridge and a shelf or storage space in the shower.

The room was elegant and welcoming, we rested in quiet but only a few steps from Piazza San Marco. A friendly, multilingual person greeted us, offered water and coffee, and let us drop off our luggage before check‑in and after check‑out so we could roam freely. I didn’t give it a 10 because there was no breakfast, which for me would have been the top point.
