The hotel is decent, but the staff coordination leaves much to be desired; I had an early flight and couldn’t exit the parking because the security guard and receptionist weren’t aligned, not knowing who parked where or which room belonged to which guest, so the parking system was poorly organized and left guests without immediate assistance.

The rates are very affordable, especially compared to other inns in that part of the city, and the location near the Flyover offers multiple alternate routes to get around the worsening traffic in Davao, which I appreciate as a local; however, the staff strictly follow the rules, often becoming harsh and unaccommodating, so you should book only if you just need a place to sleep rather than expecting quality service, as demonstrated when I checked in after pre‑booking a room.

I liked our room, the CR, and the bath, but the parking area is limited and there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to park if you return to the inn late.
