I found the rooms larger than those at APA, with plenty of space. Everything else was perfect.

A one-star hotel (with a price to match). A large room—approximately 20 square meters—equipped with a mini-fridge and an electric kettle. Very close to the action; the Don Quijote store is right across the street. Shinjuku Station is a 10-minute walk away. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in the area. It suited my needs. You have to ask every day for the room to be cleaned (including making the bed and emptying the trash). I was away for three days (I had informed the front desk), and when I returned, the room was in the same state—including the full trash bin. There is a step leading to the shower and toilet area, posing a risk of falling in the dark at night (so I kept a light on). Overall, I am satisfied with the room and the location, which match the price

The price was great for what you get. The room was quite large and had a bathtub, which was awesome. Donki is right across the street and the subway stations are not far—about a 10‑minute walk.

Pièce assez grande, possibilité d’ouvrir sa valise entièrement ce qui n’est pas le cas partout à Tokyo. Confortable et propre. Rue un peu bruyante
