The staff were friendly and respected my privacy after booking in. The whole room was exceptionally clean. The bed was super comfortable. I booked with them when going to Windhoek. They are very respectful people too. Everything was pretty good. Nothing.

The hotel claims to have a spa on its website, but it doesn't exist, which feels unprofessional.

It sits in a very safe area, not too far from the CBD, which is a plus, but there are few entertainment options.

The location gets a bit noisy early in the morning.
