The view was stunning, and the waterfalls were easy to get to.
The location was spot on, and the view from the chalet was totally worth the trip.
The location is super peaceful and quiet.

“Lugar calmo para descansar com família no meio da natureza”
The vista was good, but the kitchen equipment could be improved.
“Decepcionante, problemas de limpeza, Internet, acesso e atendimento ruim”
The view was nice, but getting to the chalet required a 4x4 and the owner took it personally, saying it depended on the driver—other reviews on Google mention the same. The cleanliness was terrible: the grill still had meat bits, the window screen was filthy, and there were leftover pasta packets from previous guests, some even opened. After I complained about the mess on the 11th, the internet died and stayed down until I left on the 13th. The TV was an old model with only one channel and a remote that didn’t work, and the shower alternated between scalding hot and cold water, unlike any gas shower I have at home. Support from staff was nonexistent; I asked for a partial refund but the owner refused, turning it into a personal argument and claiming even five‑star hotels have such issues, even though a reputable company would have handled it differently—as he later explained, in October ’24 he was in Miami and cited a Florida hurricane for a power cut, yet the generator kept the hotel running and they still refunded some nights for power and internet fluctuations out of respect for guests.
“Aconchego da vista linda”
The balcony view is incredible, and the chalet has everything—an amazing experience. It’s close to the Santa Maria waterfalls; if you’re not good at navigating rocky paths, be careful because there’s a short section that requires attention, but we loved that part. Unfortunately, I had to sleep every day with wet hair because there’s no hair dryer; arriving from the trails at 18:00, taking a shower, and the hair never dries, but it’s a small issue compared to the glamour of the view and everything else.
A place to disconnect from the world and connect with nature; the chalet is beautiful, well‑equipped, and comfortable—an incredible experience! Everything was amazing; there was nothing I didn’t like.
Everything was wonderful 😍, but it felt like a paradise.
