Compared to the hotel I stayed at in Jamsil Lotte the week before, the breakfast selection was smaller, but the taste, presentation, and overall harmony were better and more satisfying for the price. The staff were also courteous and went out of their way to eliminate any inconvenience, which was touching.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the neighborhood—authentic, lively, and local. The only downside was the construction noise early in the morning, which was extremely loud.

Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, letting me sleep soundly at night, and the subway and bus stops were nearby, making it a great base for sightseeing. I didn’t feel any anti‑Japanese sentiment, so even Japanese travelers could stay safely. The front desk staff were very smart, efficient, and friendly, leaving a good impression. Breakfast included fresh raw vegetables and the seasoning was delicious, leaving me very satisfied. The rooms didn’t offer a view, but the comfort and hospitality more than made up for that. The only minor issues were that the coffee from the cafeteria’s machine tasted a bit watery and the shower room door was heavy and slammed shut, so you need to be careful when opening and closing it.
