The staff and cleaning service were good, and the room was big. The heating didn’t work, the shower water pressure was barely there, the room was not attached to the main building where the reception and breakfast are, and the lighting in the room was quite dim.

The hotel is in a great spot right at the entrance to Stamford Bridge and a short walk from Fulham Broadway tube station. It was clean and comfortable, and we used room service one evening, which was quick and good value. The sofa bed’s mattress was very thin and we felt every spring; after asking housekeeping for an extra mattress they gave us a topper that worked well.

The location was great. The price was a bit steep for a single night.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly. The view from the room was not good.

The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. It was located outside the main building.
