The shampoo seal hadn't been removed, so when I pushed the bottle it fell off the wall—just a minor inconvenience. The hair dryer was broken, and the biggest issue was the noisy guests, not the hotel. People were rude at 3 am and 5 am, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Breakfast was decent, but there was no butter; the waffles and English muffins needed it, which was disappointing. The staff explained that there was no butter, not that they just hadn't refilled it. Overall, the hotel was still acceptable.

“Definitely a place to remember. Would recommend to everyone!”

The full hot breakfast matched my expectations, everything was clean, and the kids loved the pool. The staff went above and beyond, so I couldn't find anything to complain about and would definitely return. The pool room was warm, but the water itself was quite cool; my kids managed it, but I didn't. If the water had been warmer, I would have joined in.

“Nice and Comfortable place, would stay here again”

We stopped there to rest on the way to our destination and checked in around 2 am without any hassle. The front‑desk worker was friendly and helpful, making the late check‑in with a child easy. The location was convenient and the facility was clean and felt safe. The room was also tidy. I would recommend it and plan to stay again on our next trip that way. The only downside was that the housekeeper was less friendly than the others.

Breakfast was solid and the location was great. They assigned us a room with a wheelchair shower, but water leaked onto the bathroom floor and the hallway carpet, leaving a bad smell. They apologized and brought plenty of towels to lay down, but the mess remained. They said they would fix it. Aside from that, no complaints and no bugs.
