The apartment was beautiful and very clean, not to mention the owners were very friendly and kind. Fantastic!

A detached apartment with a terrace in a shared entrance, surrounded by nature and an incredible sky. About 15 minutes from the free beach of Follonica Sud, it’s strategically placed to visit many coastal and inland spots. Covered parking is available. The kitchen and bathroom are spacious and fully equipped (hair dryer, towels in the bathroom, and kitchen utensils with TV, fridge, freezer, oven, pots, pans, ladles, colander, cups, mugs, and a coffee machine). A washing machine is present, though I didn’t use it. The room is clean, large, and has a private terrace. Check‑out is at 10 am and there’s an outdoor table for meals with a barbecue. The ceiling is low. There’s no air‑conditioning, but two fans used together help with hot nights. A mosquito net is missing from the entrance door, though it’s in the bedroom. The bathroom has no window, unfortunately. The bed feels a bit hard, but that’s subjective; there were two pillows in the wardrobe for each preference.

The fact that dogs aren’t allowed—and that none were around—meant I could sleep soundly with the windows open, free from any annoying barking. Finally, true peace.
