The Ibis is standard. The reception staff, Sarah, made all the difference. Everything else was fine.

The hotel sits at the entrance to Porto. Despite being near the highway, it’s pretty quiet. The rooms need a facelift, yet everything is clean. The beds are comfortable and the breakfasts are quite good. The bathroom lacks ventilation.

A localização. O facto de não permitir pagamento com cartão de crédito estrangeiro. Não faz sentido, até porque noutros hotéis Ibis o mesmo aceite!
