Checking in with the complimentary was a plus, and the customer service was excellent. Very welcoming; the location is walkable to many restaurants. We were celebrating an anniversary, enjoyed a relaxing time at the pool and a DJ. No complaints, great stay!

The location was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were too small, and the lack of a door in the bathroom was a bad idea that compromised privacy.

Das Frühstück war in einem eigenen Lokal zu bestellen, das Angebot war super! Kreative Vorschläge, freundliche Bedienung! Die Einrichtung war modern. Das ganze Hotel ist architektonisch toll durchdacht. Die Dusche war quasi ins Zimmer hineinragend gebaut und mit Milchglas versehen. Der Factory-Stile war wirklich cool. Es gab einen wunderbaren Poolbereich mit Handtüchern. Zur Abkühlung war in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Bar mit "Wassertröpfchenspraykühlung". Man konnte drinnen in der gekühlten Bar sitzen oder auf der Terrasse. Reservierung für Abendessen wird empfohlen! Wer keine Reservierung hat, wird im Zimmer über WhatsApp informiert, wenn ein Tisch frei wird, was sehr praktisch ist. Leider hört man den Lärm aus den offenstehenden Bars in der Nähe, was aber Partytiger oder die Jugend nicht abschrecken soll. Vielleicht gibt es auch ruhigere Zimmer, wir haben nicht gefragt. Die Regendusche (mit wenig Wasserdruck) ist nicht unser Favorit, in vielen Hotels aber Standard
