The hotel’s spot was great for Broadway and the Ole Smokey Distillery, places we visit often. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was nice with good amenities. Rain kept us from enjoying the 4th‑floor bar fully, but we saw its potential. Parking was pricey, and the app suggested an extra day would be charged during my stay; it ultimately wasn’t, but I never got a clear answer—had to wait for the bill. The fold‑out bed was small and uncomfortable, and the half‑open shower felt odd and breezy. The restaurant food was mediocre, drinks pricey, and the bartender on 10/30/25 was unfriendly. The vacation package seminar was a nightmare when a higher‑up tried to push a “great” deal and told me I wasn’t smart enough to grasp it; the guide and presentation themselves were fine.

Walking distance to Broadway street and close to restaurants, the place was very clean. I hated the 10 am checkout—absurd. I travel a lot and never stayed somewhere with such an early checkout, especially after late nights out. I asked for a late checkout on a weekday and was denied.

The location was good, but the price was too high for what you get. The space was insufficient, and there were broken items in the room.

We were not told that daily room cleaning wasn’t included, which was quite surprising and left a bad impression.
