“Great, comfortable, quiet place to stay.”
They gave me an accessible room right next to the breakfast area and close to the hot tub. My toilet backed up, and there should have been a plunger in the bathroom.

The front desk staff were really friendly and had a great sense of humor, but we booked a King Bed Suite and ended up in a room with a Queen bed. Because my husband is tall, the King bed was essential for our comfort, yet we never received any compensation or a refund for the downgrade. On top of that, the curtains had visible mold and the room smelled strongly of musty mold. The pillows were tiny, about the size of couch throw pillows, and although there were four of them, they were far from standard-sized. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The location was fine for us, but the shower was in need of repair—it was falling out of the wall, had terrible water pressure, the shower head looked disgusting, and the curtain even had a hole. The rooms felt stuffy, making it hard to sleep, the lights didn’t work, and the beds were bad. Why would I ever return here?

Considering the price, the breakfast was decent. One of the beds was broken – a coil had popped out of the mattress. We received only three bath towels instead of four, but that was fixed later. The free Wi‑Fi didn’t work in our room; it worked in the lobby, so I had to rely on my phone data.
