The reception staff were clean and welcoming, yet the bar was closed and the staff stood up while we were drinking; when we asked for a sandwich at 20:30 on a Sunday, the girl behind the bar rudely told us the kitchen was closed even though people were still eating in the restaurant, and when we returned to the room we were told we could get room service, which seemed like she didn’t want to help.
