The location was a bit dated but the offering matched what was advertised. The onsen area was very pleasant and the traditional Japanese food was good. Three issues: – we couldn’t receive an invoice, even though it was requested both before and on site and via customer service; – there was little flexibility in trying to accommodate our needs (e.g. 1) breakfast/dinner times 2) even though we didn’t use the included dinner, we couldn’t have two guests the next day unless we paid, and we had to pay extra for the teppanyaki dinner); – English communication was very difficult.
