The location was excellent. The coffee machine, fridge, and snacks were a nice touch. The room was good but felt a bit basic for the price we paid. The room décor was quite plain, and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

Excellent location and a responsive host. The host tried to show us other available rooms, which we really appreciated. The place was run down; the photos of the room we booked showed a spacious renovated bathroom and room, so we felt the representation was inaccurate.

The hotel is very well located, just a 15‑minute walk from Roma Termini station and literally next to the Colosseum, with about a 30‑minute walk to the city center. It has air conditioning. The minibar is free and restocked daily. The value for money is not good at all; the three nights were really expensive. The bed was as hard as concrete, causing severe neck and back pain. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom. The walls were thin as paper, and you could hear everyone in the hotel and building. The reception is open from 8 am to 11 am. Honestly, I do not recommend it.

Very close to everything with plenty of restaurants and street food nearby. The property was clean and we felt very safe.

Great location, close to Termini station, although the room faced a very busy street. It would have been nice if breakfast were available.
