The hotel looks way better in pictures than it actually is. The cleanliness was a major issue for me - the bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the reception staff were really unhelpful. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing stay.

I liked the location, but that's about it. The room was a mess when I first got in, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned again. Also, no water bottles were provided for my 3-day stay, which seemed pretty basic. The intercom wasn't working, and I didn't get any complimentary breakfast despite paying extra. Not great value for money.

We had a corporate meeting here and it was a great choice. The rooms were clean and nice, and the food was delicious. I'd definitely recommend this place for events or meetings - everything went smoothly and I'm really happy with my decision.

This place is really nice, with great food and good room service and cleaning. The staff were responsive and efficient, especially Mr. Dev from management.
