Surely a kids' hotel, everything was thought out for them, we loved it!

The staff were super friendly and the kids’ play area was a hit—top‑notch fun for the little ones, with free snacks and a sweet welcome gift. Everything else was pretty spot‑on, but we did wish there were more activities and attention directed at the kids.

The theme was charming and the kids’ facilities were solid, so our children loved it. However, the front windows let in a lot of traffic noise, the bathrooms felt a bit dated and had a couple of clogs, and the kids’ playground only offered one free visit per stay. The main restaurant stuck to a strict three‑course menu, so if you want a quick bite you’d have to order room service or step out. The bar’s à la carte options were underwhelming and the lighting was too bright for a relaxed vibe.

The room was playful, roomy and had plenty of space to move around. The only downside was the round bed—it was pretty uncomfortable.
