The location is exceptional, very cozy, and impeccably clean! The housekeeper was wonderful, very helpful and kind, keeping the rooms tidy. The towels are clean but worn out, so they definitely need an upgrade.

The accommodation is quiet yet centrally located. The room was large and nice, and the bathroom was also spacious. We had to decide the previous day what time we wanted to have breakfast. Breakfast was delivered to the room and only consisted of a croissant, jam, butter, coffee, and juice. There was no traditional reception desk. We had to arrange taxis, reservations, etc. on our own. The on‑site staff directed every question to the owner, who was only reachable by phone and couldn’t help with our matters.

I loved the spot—just a short stroll to all the main sights and the place was spotless. The only hiccup was the check‑in: we got there late in the afternoon, nobody was on the premises to greet us, and the instructions arrived by email only when we arrived; it would have helped to have that sent a day earlier. Once the staff showed up, they were friendly and helpful.

The location is great. It’s not crowded with tourists and within 20 minutes walking you’re near everything except the Vatican, which is the furthest from the center. The cleaning lady is lovely and treated us well, allowing us to leave our luggage there before check‑in and after check‑out. Breakfast is modest, but you leave the street with a somewhat full stomach to start the day. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We liked everything and would stay here again 100 %. I liked everything.
