Breakfast was delivered to the room and left by the door; the staff would knock at 9 am to wake you, which is understandable. The staff were very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, a couple of cockroaches were in the room, and there were also spiders and dust, which felt under‑priced. The gate had closure issues, and a concierge complained about it even though fixing the external gate wasn’t really our responsibility.
“Consiglio a tutti per rilassarsi”
The location was great and the cleanliness was excellent.
“La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff ci ha davvero conquistati, ragazze davvero gentili e la camera accogliente”
The suite room was beautiful and comfortable, providing all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The only downside was a somewhat annoying dog in the nearby courtyard.
“io ed una mia amica abbiamo passato qui 3 notti. la stazione del treno e della metro dista una 20ina di minuti a piedi”
The place was spotless, the area quiet and well‑served, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
“Ottimo soggiorno”
The building felt welcoming, and the staff were super helpful, answering every need; we’ll definitely come back.
