“Pésimo”
The location was fine, but the service was awful. We had breakfast included, so we went down to the kitchen and after an hour and a quarter of waiting, I asked the receptionist and she said it would be ready soon. We waited another half hour and nothing happened. I was in charge of a group of 18 tourists and already frustrated, I went into the kitchen and they were making terrible pancakes and scrambled eggs. The cook had just arrived and there was only enough for five people, so I had to make the scrambled eggs and pancakes myself. The front desk staff helped the cook, who had no idea how to make the pancakes. I had to grab some fruit around the place to make smoothies to give my group something. In short, we paid for breakfast included and there was none. On top of that I asked to call the manager and he wasn’t there. The next day he sent me a message apologizing. But there was no breakfast, no staff to solve the issue. Terrible place, I don’t recommend it. I had a bad experience with my group. This also makes tourists talk badly about our country and affects other establishments that do their job right. Most of them do.
