Guests dine at Classic and Mediterranean restaurants or relax at the lobby bar. The Orchid spa offers a mineral‑water pool, hot tub, Finnish and herbal saunas, aroma steam, and two massage rooms.

The rooms were roomy, the spot was great, and everything stayed clean. Only gripe: both saunas were around 45°C, so they felt more like a warm room than a proper sauna.

The location, clean rooms, and facilities were solid, but the rest area policy let kids in, which messed up our steam bath and sauna experience – I got a headache after just five minutes. I tried to flag it to reception but got no reply. There was no lifeguard, kids were splashing in the pool while clueless parents watched, and we ended up avoiding the facilities entirely. The only friendly face was a brunette receptionist with curly hair; everyone else seemed clueless about hospitality.

The spot is awesome, parking is convenient, the pools are warm, the baths are clean, and the cosmetics are nice. Breakfast could use a bit more variety and the hotel maintenance could step up. When booking a Deluxe room for a family with two kids, remember a 15‑year‑old is a big kid and the provided sofa beds aren’t ideal. The bedrooms are huge, but the teen’s tiny sofa is a bit cramped.
