“Disappointment (especially with that corrupt manager)”

I booked for 3pax. The manager of the property whom I called said they don’t allow 3 people (he claims they have raised issue with 3rd party website to not take bookings for 3 pax since months) but still they are functional. He told me to cancel the booking and do it offline with some minimal 200rs off. I agreed to it. Later due to some misunderstanding (which is what he claims) he’s saying you guys can’t stay for night. It wasn’t only for the day. And the tone, ethics, and communication this guy holds is utterly pathetic and cheap. Being a primary poc of this hotel he doesn’t understand that he’s working in hospitality sector. He doesn’t know how to talk to his customers, and used very derrogative terms while talking to me. To his defence, he also said to me - “you didn’t mentioned it we have your call on record”. I said then pls send that recording if it’s my mistake I’ll accept it and ask my friends to leave the property and won’t stay at night. But he’s like “ab mere paas time nahi hai apko recording bhejneka” . I am like common you work for hospitality industry and this is what you speak out of your mouth. Who gave you this position. Irony is they don’t accept 3 people booking online. But 500rs extra (by requesting me to cancel online booking) and then they are fine with it. He should be fired

“Noob service”

The room itself was fine, but there was no food facility—you have to order from Zomato or go to nearby hotels. They didn’t even provide water bottles; I asked and they eventually gave them. There were no toothbrushes, soap, toothpaste, or handwash. I was disappointed by their service; they didn’t even show the room, just handed me the keys and left.
