The place was very well located. However, the room cleanliness was inadequate; I found hair in the shower before even using it, and we were given four towels, one of which was dirty with something stuck to it. The facilities look nice but need maintenance: the billiard tables are damaged, the pool table and the ball pit are out of service, the trampoline is broken, and the courts are also damaged.

The location is good, but the facilities are old.

The facilities were fine, but when I arrived my reservation wasn’t on file even though I had paid a 50 % deposit for a room with four single beds; the gentleman eventually sorted it out, which was the only positive.

The location is great, but the facilities need some maintenance.

The reception staff are super friendly, very courteous, and willing to help. Unfortunately the hotel is close to a main avenue and several rooms get all the nighttime traffic noise from cars and motorcycles, but they moved us to another room once we mentioned it, and the whole process was quick with excellent service.
