The staff were very attentive and caring, and I especially want to thank manager Renate and the hotel housekeeper for their advice, support, and involvement. However, they did not wish my spouse a happy birthday.

The place is spectacular, but the meals were lacking.

The rooms were spotless and nicely furnished, but we hit a snag with the half‑board plan – a bunch of extra charges popped up that weren’t mentioned up front. It was a bit frustrating, but the cleanliness made up for it.
