The staff’s service was genuinely personalized. The room felt a bit cramped.

The breakfast was excellent and generous, the hospitality of the staff and the good service were appreciated, the room was comfortable and well organized, I thought it was a very good hotel and would gladly return, but the location in the center means you have to be careful at night because it is quite quiet.

Everything was precise, it is in the center, on a nice location and safe, the staff are very friendly, but there is no hot water, there is not much space in Colombia, and the price could be a little lower.
