The hotel and its facilities were excellent, and the buffet was delicious. The only downside was that they only offered a buffet; if you wanted something lighter, there were no options.

The bathroom was a problem: we were given the same room twice and it got blocked. The room wasn’t ready and the cleaning was rushed. The dryer should be replaced with a newer model.

The room was very spacious and the extra mattress was super comfortable! The green areas were well maintained and the views were spectacular. Definitely a place to return. We wanted to visit the Hacienda, but the staff wouldn’t let us in because it was 5 pm; I think they should be more flexible and treat guests better, especially the person who denied us entry was rude.

The view was beautiful. The weather is a drawback – don’t go during the rainy season or you won’t enjoy the pool.
