We loved the service, very helpful and friendly. The facilities were well maintained and the place was very quiet and safe. EXCELLENT, I would come back without hesitation. The hotel is super close to the waterfalls; you can walk there.

The breakfast was excellent, and the common area in the lobby was nice; I spent a few hours there working. The air conditioning in the room was very loud.

The concierge was friendly. There was nothing particularly disliked, but the free breakfast didn’t open until late in the morning and was unavailable, and there was nowhere to eat in the evening.
