My second visit was excellent, very close to the airport and Trabzon Square.

Breakfast was good. The location was on a round corner, which made it a bit hard to reach the bus station where we could eat, and there was no restaurant on site.

The hotel was clean, hot water worked, comfortable, and breakfast offered a wide variety. However, the front desk was unfriendly; when I mentioned problems like the door key not always working, they pretended to listen while ignoring it. We arrived at 2:30 am, planned to start our city tour at 10 am, asked for room service, and the reception refused us rudely, saying that because we came at midnight, we didn’t need room service even though we had paid for a full day.

The staff were really helpful – the next day we had to leave early and couldn’t use breakfast, so they let us eat that day (we were starving from the drive) and checked us in early. This is our third stay here. The mall is only a 10‑minute walk away. Some things need fixing: there’s a hole in the wall where the ventilation is, probably just a removed plastic plug, and the bathroom is too small for three people; the door swings right into the sink.

I stayed there again; nothing major changed. There are two elevators—one for luggage, which is very convenient—and the breakfast is hearty in the morning. What mattered most was the proximity to the bus station. The room turned out to be smoky, and we couldn’t swap it because the front desk said no other rooms were available; the room’s cleanliness was also not ideal.
