The staff, neighborhood, room, and place were all classy, elegant, clean, and colorful. It’s a bit far from the historic sites, but if you want a truly Roman experience, this is it! Authentic trattorias nearby, Villa Burguese, and Ada Park.

The staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. I didn’t sleep because the room was on the first floor on Via Salaria, traffic was constant, and the room didn’t seem well insulated.

The location is ok, close to bus stops. It's a bit up north but it was fine for us. They change the towels every day. The reception staff was nice. It's close to Villa Borghese, which was the first location we visited. Also close to Priscilla's Catacombs. The room faces a street, so it can be a bit noisy. Air conditioning wasn't working. They provide a small, portable ventilator, which was very noisy and therefore unusable during the night. With the windows closed because of the noise, the room quickly became very warm (it's ~19m2) and it was difficult to sleep. The bed wasn't very comfortable, the mattresses were old and the bed frame very noisy (I was scared I was going to break it). Water pressure was very low. They never properly cleaned the floor. I mentioned that at the reception and they replied they will let the cleaning personnel know. It was never cleaned and I know that because I took pictures of the floor and noticed the dirt wasn't removed. Also in the bathroom, where the walls meet the floor, it was dirty. The breakfast is not great: I can speak only for the salty breakfast and in my opinion the juices and cold cuts were of low quality or old. Definitely not worth the price

The room was small, dirty, and had no air conditioning—just a fan. The bathroom was shabby, with broken tiles and uncomfortable.
