The host was super friendly and always willing to lend a hand, and the breakfast was really good. However, the facilities were a bit of a letdown - the bed creaked a lot and the floor was noisy.

The staff were helpful and recommended some great local spots. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the metro station, churches, and restaurants.

My room was perfect, exactly as shown in the photos. The receptionist, Jhoana, was friendly and welcoming, and the lobby had a nice cozy vibe with a small waterfall. I appreciated the little touches, like the box of chocolates and the personalized welcome card. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of food.
