The place is in a fantastic spot and the room was comfy with a great view, but there was no elevator.

The location was right in the middle of the plaza, which we liked and found convenient for many cafés and shops; we loved the service and the breakfast that was delivered to our room daily, and they even brought an early breakfast at 0730 instead of the usual 0800‑0930 because we requested it; the lady at breakfast was lovely, but we hardly saw a receptionist (only once at check‑in and once at check‑out). The plaza and location are wonderful, the staff are nice, and the AC in the rooms works well. However, because we booked a “suite” (Benevunito, which I thought was more upgraded with 3 beds), we didn’t get any view of the plaza as it’s on the 4th floor with no views, more like a tower with windows overlooking trash areas; there is no lift, even though the website says there is, and we booked through Booking, so I’m not sure if that was mentioned. It’s not good for older people or those with luggage, and I was disappointed because I expected at least a view of the plaza for the price we paid. We only needed two beds and thought a lower level with a view would be available; we didn’t realize the suite was only on the top floor. The room windows have no inner courtyard view, so I feel there should be a note on the hotel website and third‑party sites that the suite has no plaza view. Also, there is no taxi service in the plaza; taxis can get you close (about one street down) but can’t enter the plaza because of the historic area and tourists.
