It’s hard to get through to the reservation desk at Treebo or the hotel reception. I received a message confirming a refund for one night after we changed our plan before check‑in, but the company never issued the refund and ignores my messages. Please share this feedback with the relevant people and get my money back.

Everything was fascinating—comfortable stay, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a location that’s easy to reach via public transport. A must‑visit for everyone.

The bed was so hard, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room—couldn’t sleep. The towel smelled, and breakfast was the worst. Total money wasted; highly not recommended—don’t go, please.
