“Spettacolare”
It was a wonderful experience. The facility is spectacular, the room a visual delight, the onsen perfect, and the private bathtub in the room is amazing. The staff are impeccable, explaining everything in detail and pampering you from arrival to departure. After they picked us up at the station with their incredible bus, we didn’t have to worry about anything else, just enjoy that magical spot. You don’t even need to bring a suitcase because they provide everything. Dinner is a mystical experience, as is breakfast. I won’t list more details because it’s nicer to keep the surprise of the treatment they reserve for their guests.
