The location is the best I've had in Kyoto, the staff is magnificent and the value is unbeatable; I stayed a month and if I return to Kyoto, I'll consider this place again. The only thing I would improve is the beds.

The place was clean, brand‑new, and the staff guided us nicely. But the street outside was noisy at night and early morning, and the nearby parking was pricey; I wish they’d mention the 2400‑yen limit or list the rates.
