Smart Stays is brand new and everything feels fresh, with staff who are very friendly and helpful. However, we didn’t actually stay there because it wasn’t open until 21/03, and the hotel didn’t let us know; we drove around looking for it only to be told an hour later that our booking had been moved to Zana hotel.
